The Role:

We are currently seeking a Cellar Door Manager to oversee daily operations and maintain high standards of Cellar Door service to our visitors. You will have exceptional customer service skills, strong experience in managing a team possess problem-solving skills and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and cleanliness. You will be involved in training new and existing employees to maintain high standards of service, and exceptional levels of product knowledge. 

The Cellar Door Manager will need to be able to adapt to different requirements of the business and be a versatile, well-rounded manager. You will ensure consistent, impeccable hospitality from the Cellar Door sales staff, and have input into strategic planning decisions for the business to help improve profitability, offering and standards of service in the venue along with implementing and maintaining clear reporting systems for the business. 

The Role:

To ensure continued success we are searching for an experienced Accounts Payable team member to join our accounts department, reporting to our Director of Finance. This full-time salary role will be primarily based at our Mount Cotton office.

The Roles:

We are currently seeking experienced food and beverage waitstaff to work at our food and beverage outlets or major events as required. As an experienced, self-motivated and passionate hospitality professional you will have a natural ability to build rapport quickly with our guests to ensure they receive a memorable experience with us. 

These are casual positions working across a variety of shifts over a 7-day roster. Availability on weekends, late nights and public holidays may also form part of your roster (as required).

The Roles:

We are looking for new team members to join Sanctuary by Sirromet, which includes our glamping style accommodation. As a Housekeeper, you will excel in maintaining a professional presentation of our facilities and delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. This is a casual position, working a variety of shifts over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays (penalty rates will be paid as per industry award).
