2023 SIRROMET VERDELHO

Fragrance of white florals and ripe pineapple. This Verdelho displays notes of tropical fruit characters – typical of this Portuguese variety. 2020 SIRROMET SHIRAZ

2019 SIGNATURE COLLECTION MERLOT

Intense aromas of fruitcake, red plums, blackberry and anise. Deep, intense blood plum, red and black cherries, touches of rhubarb and baking spices – so expressive of this well-known variety. Maturation in French oak barriques has added subtle notes of vanilla, cloves and toast. Beautiful violet florals integrated with raspberry, blueberry and blackberry notes. Hints of pepper and black olives and touches of vanilla from 6-8 months maturation in oak. Excellent fruit concentration with notes of black cherry and black plums dominating the palate. A touch of French, charry oak providing structure and length on the palate, showing characteristics of cloves and a warm toastiness. The Viognier adds touches of apricots and dark florals. 2019 LE SAUVAGE SYRAH

Preserved cherries and plums, white pepper, concentrated aromas and touches of freshly shaved prosciutto. Fresh, bright, lifted black fruits with touches of black olives and lifted violet characters. 2014 LM ASSEMBLAGE

2019 LATE HARVEST VIOGNIER

2021 THE IVY FORTIFIED SWEET VERDELHO

Baked pear, ripe apricots and touches of sweet pineapple and honey. A delicate palate of honeyed stone-fruits with tropical overtones, a little citrus acidity to balance the sweetness, toffee apple and sweet spices delivering a silky mouthfeel and fresh finish.

Sugar and spice and all things nice! Delightful baked and dried berry and plum with notes of toffee and roasted nuts. Lovely balance of fruit, spirit, acid and sweetness. Luscious palate of rich cassis, baked plum, fig and raisin with cigar, truffle and touches of mocha delivering a silky mouthfeel and a rich, rounded finish.

This style is aged to perfection and will not improve further, however if suitably stored, it will drink well for a few years.

Lifted fragrance of honeysuckle and juicy yellow peach – classic aromas for this varietal. Handcrafted by our winemaking team, this Fiano delivers a fresh, balanced palate of honeyed pear, bright citrus characters of grapefruit with subtle lemon pith, fuzzy peach skin and nutty texture, and a soft, rounded finish enhanced by extended yeast lees contact.

2019 GRANIT NEBBIOLO

Lifted, feminine aromas of potpourri, dried Turkish figs, red cherries, pretty notes of rose petals and rosehip with hints of savoury dried herbs. Softer, fragrant and more approachable than many Nebbiolo’s, with typical tannin taking on a powderier and more supportive role rather than dominating in this wine. Lovely open florals, dried figs, both sour and juicy red cherries and baking spices cover the palate.

Enjoy with tiple cooked duck pancakes, shaved and pickled Asian vegetables, fresh garden herbs, warm duck pancakes and Peking Duck sauce.

2022 GRANIT LAGREIN

Aromas of red and black berry fruits and hints of mulberry and boysenberry. Savoury notes of black olives and charry oak, vanilla and dark chocolate aromas fill the senses. Fruit, acid and tannin are woven together to provide a long, satisfying finish with characteristics of raspberry, mulberry, dark chocolate, and a hint of vanilla from oak peering through with notes of dried Italian herbs.

Gorgeously fragrant, blueberry notes and jammy crushed red berries with soft subterranean spices. Soft and rich, jammy red and black berries crushed with soft spices and just a hint of vanilla. Inky purple tones with black cherry and cassis, against a backdrop of soft, powdery tannins.
