Le Sauvage Reserve wines are produced only in exceptional vintages. Wild fermented by the natural yeasts native to the vineyard, these wines are made with care, patience and minimal intervention to reflect the true expression of grape, soil and climate.
REGION: Granite Belt, Queensland.
COLOUR: Pale to medium gold.
TASTING NOTES: Rich apricot and zesty tangerine flavours combine with a subtle perfume of honeysuckle in this wild fermented Viognier. Touches of ginger, vanilla and a hint of toasty oak compliment the textured palate with a lovely citrus finish.
