COLOUR: Vivid Ruby.
NOSE: Rich, powerful aromas of earth, truffles and touches of anise.
PALATE: Clone 777 is a preferred clone of much of the New World. Bright, fruit-driven mid-palate with silky, smooth tannins on the finish. 777 shows the power and strength of Pinot Noir and is a contrast to the lighter Rosé-like clones.
WINEMAKING COMMENTS: The selection of clones planted in any Pinot Noir vineyard is carefully chosen based on the terroir of the site. Our Clonal series reveals the unique flavours, aromas and structural aspects offered by each Pinot Noir clone in our close-planted Block 14.
