TASTING NOTES: A dry, crisp, clean Chardonnay, with a fresh palate of tropical white fruits, white peach, green apple and citrus characters.
WINEMAKING COMMENTS: Elegant, ripe Chardonnay from out Night Sky vineyard -crushed, pressed and cool fermented in tank with aromatic yeast. Fruit-driven style with a short period of ageing over yeast lees.
FOOD MATCH SUGGESTION: Pesto linguine, cherry tomatoes, toasted pinenuts and stracciatella
