PALATE: Handcrafted to deliver a pretty, balanced palate of custard apple, peach and bright citrus characters with delicate bubbles and a touch of sweetness.

WINEMAKING COMMENTS: Young, fresh fruit, soft and delicate, a very lively style. Fermented at low temps to help with clean aromatics, all the citrus family and a mixture of apples and quince.
