PALATE: A zesty, vibrant Sauvignon Blanc exhibiting a fresh palate of white peach, gooseberries and green apple with nice spinal acidity.
WINEMAKING COMMENTS: Picked on a medium-weight fruit density; soft and quite persistent. Long, cool ferment on aromatic yeast to accentuate the lifted, intense aromas of this variety and add textural interest. A fresh, bright style made to be drunk young.
