Fiano is a high-quality, white-wine grape variety used widely in southern Italy, particularly in Campania. Used mainly as a varietal wine, Fiano is nutty and textured with floral and honeyed notes, spice and tropical fruit flavors like pineapple. Its main incarnation is as Fiano di Avellino DOCG wine.

NOSE: Lifted fragrance of honeysuckle and juicy yellow peach – classic aromas for this varietal.
PALATE: Handcrafted by our winemaking team, using the first batch of fruit from our Granite Belt Fiano vines, this wine delivers a fresh, balanced palate of honeyed pear, bright citrus characters of grapefruit with subtle lemon pith, fuzzy peach skin and nutty texture, and a soft, rounded finish enhanced by extended yeast lees contact.
FOOD MATCHING: Try with fish served with saffron fondant potatoes, seasonal greens, beetroot crème fraîche and Salsa Verde.
